Why do women need big breasts? Scientists explain

It is so established in nature that the breast of females increases only during feeding of offspring. Perhaps it was once so with the ancestors of man, but today this law of nature, to the delight of men, does not always work. Many women have an impressive breast size, regardless of the presence of infants. Why this happens, scientists from the United States found out.

Doctors David Barash and Judith Lipton from the American National Center for the Study of Sexuality have published the results of their study, which reveal the secret of a large female breast. Scientists have found as many as two reasons why nature has so generously and irrationally clothed some ladies.

First of all, according to the researchers, the presence of clearly visible mammary glands in women indicates their fertility. If in nature, the color of wool and feathers, the shape of the beak and other obvious things can eloquently declare the readiness to continue the genus, then man has lost these remarkable signs in the course of evolution. It remains only to signal the representatives of the opposite sex with mammary glands.

In teenagers, the breasts have not yet grown, in elderly women they have already dropped and do not look so defiantly, but a large well – outlined chest is a sign of a girl ready for a relationship in the prime of her life. Why nature has not endowed all ladies with this sign, doctors do not say. Perhaps they will investigate this phenomenon a little later.

The second purpose of the breast, discovered by Doctors Barash and Lipton – is a presentation function. Approximately the same role is played by the tail of the male peacock, which he proudly demonstrates to the whole world. The breast is an object that attracts men, as well as a part of the body that speaks about health.

American researchers are not the first to deal with this burning issue. A few years ago, the surgeon and publicist Leonard Schlein published his point of view on the appointment of a female breast. He is sure that a well-marked breast appeared in the females of Homo Erectus (Homo Erectus) simultaneously with his rise to the hind limbs.

It is known that in the females of many primates, the function of attracting males is performed by the ass and vulva, which, when reaching puberty, can be not only solid sizes, but also very bright colors. In erect people, the perineum has lost this function and the inventive nature has simply replaced it with another part of the body. Although as for the loss of the attractiveness of the female fifth point, this issue is quite controversial.
