1. 37-year-old photographer Bruce Grork is familiar with the waves. He lived in Hawaii for 13 years and was inspired by the work of other aqua photographers.

3. But ironically, after the photographer began to look for his style, he stopped at shooting not the waves themselves, but splashes and foam.

5. The amazing thing is that each new wave is absolutely different from the previous one - either it is a powerful “explosion” that suddenly arose in calm water, or gentle ripple streams colliding with each other.

7. Bruce usually works together with his wife, Jen, who is both his colleague, assistant and just a true like-minded person.

9. In addition to photography projects, the author also works on films about underwater life.

11. His most famous work is the short documentary Requiem about the life of sharks.

13. "Requiem" was awarded a special prize at the 11th Belgrade International Underwater Film Festival in 2007.
