How to cook the most delicious meatballs in the world: IKEA has revealed a legendary recipe

A Swedish company has published its signature recipe for cooking delicious meatballs at home on Twitter, and it instantly started viral. And this does not surprise us at all: it is so simple that even a novice cook can cope with it. And all the necessary ingredients are not so difficult to get.

For meatballs:

500 g ground beef; 250 g ground pork; onion; garlic clove; 100 g breadcrumbs; egg; 5 tsp whole milk; salt and pepper.

For the sauce:

a drop of sunflower oil; 40 g butter; 40 g flour; 150 ml vegetable broth; 150 ml beef broth; 150 ml thick cream; 2 tsp soy sauce; 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
