General's beaches of the Kerch Peninsula

1. Many vacationers in Crimea complain that our beaches are small, crowded with people, and on vacation you really want peace and solitude. But there are just a lot of such places in Crimea: you just need to know how to find them.

4. Those in love with Crimea call the General's beaches Russian Thailand. 5. There are many grottoes and arched vaults on the General's beaches - the result of the work of natural sculptors (sun, wind and sea) and favorite places for photo shoots.
6. The water in the bays warms up quickly in summer, so you can enjoy swimming here from May-June.
7. You can get to the beaches by dirt road (the bays themselves are located between Kurortny and Zolotoy), but you should keep in mind that the road is badly broken in some places, and steep slopes will not allow you to drive here on the "puzoterka".
8. By the way, why are these beaches called General's? They say that in the days of the Council, only the highest command staff rested here, and mere mortals were denied access here. As it was in reality, no one can say for sure.
9. There are people here during the season, but they are few. Mostly people come here to relax with tents.
10. If you want to relax on the Generalskie, be prepared to meet various reptiles: snakes, spiders, centipedes. However, if you do not touch them, they are not dangerous. Maybe.
11. Of the minuses, one can also note this: there is almost no vegetation here, which means that there is a saving shade in the summer. So take your shade with you.
12. The sea near the coast is shallow, even, no stones.
