Brewers from the company Ant Brew are not the first to please fans of craft drinks with unusual products. This time, the brewers decided to go further and collected selected goose droppings for their beer in the parks of their native Lahti. It should be noted that all the components of the drink are exclusively natural and there are no preservatives and stabilizers in the beer. True, bird droppings were used only to smoke malt, but this did not make the drink less exclusive.

This is how the brewery manager Kari Puttonen briefly introduced the new beer.As for the taste of the drink, the tasters claim that it has light chocolate-coffee notes.

It should be said separately that the birthplace of beer with goose droppings, the city of Lahti, in 2021 received the title of the Green Capital of Europe. In this city, waste recycling has been taken so seriously that up to 99% of garbage is reused. By 2050, the city's leadership promises to create a completely waste-free economy.

Eco-friendly beer from droppings is undoubtedly fine, but we would still prefer strawberry beer that is no less environmentally friendly.
