Do men and women get the same pleasure from oral sex? Scientists' response

Oral sex has long been an integral part of sexual life. It's hard to find a person who has never done it. It is believed that oral sex is equally pleasant to its participants and that both men and women like it. Is this really the case? The answer to this question was found by Canadian scientists.

To determine the attitude of men and women to oral sex, 900 students had to be interviewed. The study involved boys and girls from different regions of the country living an active sexual life. The result was published in the popular science publication "Canadian Bulletin of Human Sexuality".

First, the respondents answered the question whether they like to be a host in oral sex. It turned out that in this respect the representatives of the two sexes are almost unanimous. 97.1% of men and 95.4% of women answered that they like this kind of sex.

But when it came to how pleasant oral sex is from the point of view of the active side, then opinions were divided. 92.9% of men like to engage in cunnilingus with their partner. In women, the indicator was much lower — only 82.7% reported that they like to give pleasure to their partner orally.

Studies conducted at the University of Leipzig in Germany have shown that oral sex in its active manifestation is useful for women. Laboratory studies have determined that the ingestion of sperm into the female body increases immunity.

Moreover, in married couples, it helps to reduce the likelihood of repeated miscarriage. The father's leukocyte antigens (HLA) contained in the semen help a woman better prepare for pregnancy from this man. At the same time, it does not matter which way they got into the body.

But some politicians have a special opinion on this. For example, the President of Uganda once even banned oral sex in his country.
