Here are nine terrifying plants to stay away from.

1. The nape wrestler.
It looks beautiful and harmless, but all parts of it are poisonous. In ancient times, they used to grease the tips of arrows or stuff them with bait to kill wolves.
The 33-year-old gardener reportedly died after touching the plant once in 2014.
The nape wrestler can cause vomiting and diarrhea if you eat it.

2. Castor oil plant.
All parts of the plant contain ricin protein, which is toxic to humans and animals. Symptoms of castor oil poisoning are stomach irritation, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, abdominal pain, heart palpitations, low blood pressure, profuse sweating, collapse, seizures, and death within a few days.

3. Milestone.
The milestone is one of the most common poisonous plants. Its ingestion can lead to death.

4. Datura ordinary.
A 2006 study mentioned 4 Canadian teenagers who decided to experience the hallucinogenic effects of dope. It all ended with violent and aggressive behavior and calling the police. But also cases of coma and death after intoxication are not uncommon.

5. Stinging tree.
The name sounds silly, but there is nothing funny about it. You will feel intense pain from the touch and get huge blisters.

6. Mantegazzi hogweed.
Hogweed juice can cause rashes, blisters, permanent scarring, and even blindness.

7. The crow-legged crow.
The white berries look like creepy eyeballs. One of its names is "Doll's Eyes".
These berries are extremely poisonous. This is why many animals avoid this plant.

8. Kirkazon clematis.
Kirkazon clematis is commonly used in traditional medicine, although its poison can cause kidney failure.

9. Mancinella tree.
In Spanish, it is also known as the "tree of death" because you can die if you eat its fruits, which look like little apples.
