Anthenea is a luxury eco-hotel with floating capsules, which opened in France. This is the brainchild of the architect Jean-Michel Ducancel, who drew inspiration from the 1977 James Bond film "The Spy Who Loved Me". He combined the modern " spy " style with natural motifs, and created unique isolated capsules.

The capsules are designed so that they will not cause any damage to the seabed and its ecosystems. In addition, the houses are fully powered by solar panels, and are also equipped with a water purification system that can provide guests with exceptionally clean water.

Inside the house there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The capsule includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a huge bed, a bathroom with a round bathtub, and a living room. The windows in the capsule give a 360-degree view, and at night you can lie on the roof and enjoy an incredible view of the starry sky. Transparent panels are installed on the lower level of the house, through which you can see the bottom and marine life.

The capsule can also be used as a boat — it is easy to operate, it does not require special navigation skills. In addition, Anthenea adapts to different temperatures: from -30 °C to +40 °C, and is able to withstand any conditions in the open sea. At any time, you can get out of the capsule and swim, or go diving.
