Will it be a flood? Maybe a meteorite? Or a nuclear attack? And what will it look like?
Now Nicks lives in Brooklyn and uses his talent in needlework and photography to offer his answer to these questions. In these amazingly detailed scenes — a flooded power plant, a crumbling laundry, an abandoned library with trees growing through the floor. Each miniature is the size of a dollhouse: 50 × 61 × 183 cm. The artist shoots them on film, and it seems that in fact they are full-size scenes.
It looks like a tornado has passed through this library or it's the consequences of a meteorite fall. The roof collapsed, and debris scattered all over the floor.
