A couple of photographers - Kendrick Brinson and David Walter Banks - have been documenting their love for several years now, taking pictures during a kiss in the same position in various parts of the world. 1. And it all started on March 10, 2010, when photographer Matt Miller, a friend of the couple, took a picture of David holding Kendrick in his arms, frozen in a kiss and with her legs up. (Photo: Kendrick Brinson and David Walter Banks)

2. When the couple saw that first photo on the computer, it seemed iconic to them. So they decided to create a "visual" diary of their love.

3. Kendrick Brinson and David Walter Banks met a long time ago while still students in the photojournalism department at the University of Georgia.

4. After graduating from the university, their paths diverged, each of them was looking for his place in life, they began to work for different newspapers.

5. The couple has been together for eight years, married for two years, but they describe the beginning of their relationship as difficult.

6. For a long time they lived in different countries and both worked intensively. At one point, and it was in 2006, Kendrick felt overworked and very lonely. Therefore, they began to communicate more often in chat and on the phone. And then David invited her to visit him. And so their story began.

7. They were together for three years, but at a distance. Then Brinson quit her job and moved in with David in Atlanta. Now they are not only spouses, but also partners in the photo business.

8. Kendrick and David traveled a lot and wherever possible, took their signature photo with a kiss in the same position as a few years ago.

9. Friends of Kendrick and David began to laugh at their signature photos and began to recreate this funny pose themselves, and also came up with a name for it - #BrinsonBanksing.

10. Since mid-2013, Kendrick and David began to upload these photos to the Internet with the hashtag #BrinsonBanksing, which quickly became popular.

11. Users around the world began to take pictures in the famous pose of David and Kendrick and post them on Instagram and other social networks.

12. What started as banter with friends has turned into a new global trend.
