Ways to fight depression are myriad. Workout at the gym, shopping, enhanced work schedule, meeting with friends or gastronomic delights — everyone chooses something that helps to distract from heavy thoughts. 26-year-old Michael Loffer (Michael Loffer) found his cure for boredom is travel.
