TIME Instagram Photographer of the Year Awarded to North Korea Blogger

Photojournalist David Guttenfelder, seven-time winner of the prestigious WorldPressPhoto award, was named TIME's Instagram Account of the Year.

David Guttenfelder, chief photographer for the Asia department of the Associated Press, has significantly expanded his following by becoming one of the few foreign photographers with access to North Korea and permission to shoot.
