The sex was the revolution: how did the sexual revolution in the West in the 1960s

1960-e years were a turning point for sexuality in the West. What later became known as the "sexual revolution" was initiated by the development of contraceptives, namely the pill, and the incredible energy of the movements for civil rights and women's rights. To sex were treated differently, not as divine Providence or basic instinct.
