For residents of central Russia, such a video causes at least goosebumps all over the body, but for northerners it seems to be a completely familiar phenomenon. Laughter and encouraging shouts can be heard behind the scenes.

The video immediately spread across the Internet, and commentators were divided into two camps. Some were horrified how the children were allowed to go to school in such weather, others, mostly familiar with the weather in the north, did not see anything unusual in this.
