We have already written about the incredible St. Petersburg bridge at the intersection of Sofiyskaya Street and Lensovetskaya Road. The bridge is located too low above the road, so only cars can pass under it. There is even a warning hanging from above: "Dangerous! Low bridge. "Gazelle" will not pass!" The warning, however, stops few people.

The bridge with a difficult fate already has its own nickname (the network calls it "the bridge of stupidity") and even a Twitter account where fans of persistent overpasses and human perseverance count "gazelles" who did not pay attention to a single warning sign. On May 27, the day when St. Petersburg celebrated 315 years, the bridge celebrated the anniversary of its attractiveness — the 150th truck crashed into it.

The local TV channel "Nevsky News" managed to film a small story with the participation of the driver of the jubilee truck:

Meanwhile, the bridge is being actively congratulated on its anniversary. Colleagues from Lentach brought a cake with candles to the respected one, and one researcher at the Pasteur Institute grew a picture of microbes in a Petri dish for the bridge.

So far, the number of accidents near the same bridge causes people only laughter and positive emotions. On the other hand, 150 accidents in the same place is a sign that the warning system is not working and something needs to be done with the bridge. Local authorities put warning signs at the entrance, promised to equip the bridge with reflective elements so that it would become even more noticeable, but to no avail. Drivers continue to believe in themselves and that their Gazelle will definitely cope. By the way, the bridge celebrated its previous anniversary not so long ago — on February 3, 2018, the 140th Gazelle could not pass under it.
