The last hunters and gatherers: the life of a primitive tribe in Nepal
Hunters and gatherers, as they say in history books — it is the primitive people who lived thousands of years ago, before he invented agriculture and breeding of livestock. It's a hard life, from which the majority of the tribes refused since the dawn of civilizations. But deep in the forests of Nepal are a small nomadic tribe event, which is still hunting wild animals and gathering deals. These amazing images taken by photographer Andrew Newey in the province of Surkhet in the East of Nepal, show what life can be in very primitive conditions. All members of the tribe, regardless of age, make a contribution to the General life of the settlement. Now they have less than 150 people, and the tribe may indeed soon disappear.

The members of the tribe events — hunters and collectors. In particular, they are able to catch the monkeys, which they eat. In the picture — one of the elders of the tribe returns from a successful hunt.

Events are highly dependent on the environment, since nothing is grown. Pictured is one of the members of the tribe cuts the tree trunk.

The women of the tribe wear bright clothes.

Each member of the tribe contributes to the community life, whether tree-cutting or shuffling of the grain. In the picture the child has already finished the wood on the back.

Since the events are nomadic, they are constantly on the move. Nobody has a permanent job and not go to school. In the photo — little girl in traditional dress.

As hunters and gatherers thousands of years ago, the problem of the event divided by gender. The picture shows the woman plucked the grain and prepare food.

The Raut love to cut various things out of wood, which are then exchanged for clothing and other necessary things, if necessary.

On events you know very little, because they prefer to communicate within their tribe and rarely interact with the rest of the local population.

Life events hard, and even harder it is because their habitats are destroyed. This means that they are forced very often to move around.

In recent years, as deforestation events are increasingly forced to interact with the local population.

By tradition the gala live in tents of leaves and branches using color fabric for extra protection.
