The inexhaustible fantasy of miniature master Tanaka Tatsuya

It would seem that all the best in photographs of miniature scenes using everyday everyday objects has already been: the humorous work of Terry Border, and the Star Wars-inspired staging in the lens of Zahira Batina, and the unusual worlds created from ordinary objects by William Kass. However, there is always room for something new. One-of-a-kind Japanese photographer Tanaka Tatsuya has been running an online calendar for four years, posting a photo of a new miniature every day. 1. "Parachute"

Tanaka Tatsuya began keeping the calendar in April 2011. By the time of our publication (August 23, 2014), he has created and photographed 1240 different miniature scenes. This is convincing proof that human imagination knows no bounds. The author gives each photo a title, sometimes funny, and sometimes very semantic.
