The American took a puppy, but it turned out that it was not a dog at all

When a resident of Tucson, Arizona, saw an ad for a free puppy in good hands on one of the houses, he knocked on the door to find out the details. And immediately fell in love with a puppy with amber eyes.

But soon after he took the puppy named Neon home, the man began to suspect something was wrong.

"You know it's not a dog, right?" - the owner of the Wolf Connection shelter asked when the owner brought Neon. The fact is that the puppy behaved unbearably.

He dug holes under the fence or jumped over the fence to play with the neighborhood dogs, and always found ways to escape.

He was not interested in treats, which is very strange for a dog, and he did not seek to communicate with other people except the owner. It seems that the only thing that worried the four—legged was other dogs and the search for a pack.

This is typical wolfish behavior. It turned out that Neon is a dog with a large admixture of wolf.

The puppy showed not only the physical signs of a wolf - amber eyes and coarse fur - but also wolfish behavior, since these animals are not adapted to the life of a domestic dog.

The owner understood this and agreed to give Neon to a special center for the same half-dogs, half-wolves, where the unusual puppy found the happiness he was so eager for.

Neon has made friends with the alpha female of the pack Maya and is happy to howl in chorus with other wolves.
