Funky Matas is a social media star from Florida. A man has set a world record for the number of signatures tattooed on his back. Among the hundreds of tattoos, you can find autographs of world celebrities, for example, Will Smith and Gerard Butler. The influencer asks to leave signatures on his body of those people who inspire him or have played an important role in his life.

Funky's real name is Juan Matas. He used to work as a tattoo artist, but after he came up with an unusual idea to use his body as an artistic canvas, the guy became a star of social networks. As a result, his idea was reduced to putting autographs on his back. The signatures of relatives and friends, as well as famous tattoo artists and movie stars appeared on the Venezuelan's skin.

Funky asked celebrities to leave autographs on his back, then to fix them with tattoos. As a result, there are now more than 225 signatures on the man's body, and this made him the owner of a world record.

Not everyone is delighted with the unusual project of the influencer, but he does not pay attention to the opinions of others and does what he likes. On the back of Funky there are autographs of many Hollywood actors, including Elijah Wood, Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Steve‑Oh and others. The guy also kept the signatures of those who are behind the cult characters. For example, the man who voiced SpongeBob, and the man who played Darth Vader in the original "Star Wars". Some of them themselves tattooed their autographs right on the back of the Venezuelan.

Funky says that he keeps on his body the signatures of those people who inspire him, and those with whom he shared the most vivid moments of life. In one of the posts on Instagram, the influencer writes that, although some of his achievements seem insignificant, he put a lot of effort into his project. He had to slip into social events, fall into the hands of security guards and receive numerous refusals from the stars. But his game was worth the candle, because the man managed to achieve his goal.

Despite the fact that Funky became the official owner of the Guinness World Record for the largest number of autographs tattooed on the body, when there were 190 of them, he is not going to stop there. In 2019, there were 225 signatures on the body of the influencer, and he says that there is still room to increase the number of inscriptions to 300.
