One of them, who refused to participate in the deception, revealed to journalists the essence of the new "marketing" move. It turns out that hookah bars recruit girls so that they specifically bring men to the institution using an unusual but effective scheme.

The girl said that on one of the job search resources she found an ad with a hostess vacancy in a bar-restaurant with a salary of 35 thousand rubles. This offer interested her and she signed up for an interview. But the restaurant where she came unexpectedly turned out to be a hookah bar, however, in the very center of the capital.

The applicant successfully passed the interview and was invited to a two-day internship. Four more girls applying for this vacancy took part in it. At first, no one paid attention to the trainees in the hookah bar and did not give them any instructions.

The new employees began to ask other girls working in the institution what their job was and they told them a lot of interesting things. It turns out that the duties of the hostess include searching on dating sites for guys to whom they make an appointment and not anywhere, but in their hookah bar.

There, the girls "spin" a man for a good order and keep him company, trying to squeeze as much money out of him as possible. For this, the employees of the hookah bar receive remuneration — from 5 thousand rubles for each client brought.
