To show the superficiality of fashion, photographer Giampaolo Sgura turned real models into plastic Barbie-style dolls.

This project was filmed for the cover of Vogue Paris. To create the illusion of plastic dolls, the photographer dressed the models in sugary doll outfits and placed them in huge “packages” with additional interchangeable accessories attached to the walls. The most interesting thing is that each "doll" is a famous fashion brand of clothing, as evidenced by the inscriptions on fake packaging and clothing styles inherent in a particular company.
