Photographer takes nursing mothers and it is very beautiful

New York photographer Nastasia Melina (Melina Nastazia) has created a series of images of breastfeeding mothers — beautiful photos example of maternal care, affection and manifestations of all-encompassing love.

"Breast-feeding has always been my special subject. I think is just wonderful that the mother's body is adapted by nature to grow, to give birth and to feed their children," says Melina.

"After the birth of three children of their own I don't know about that breastfeeding is not always easy. This is a series of challenges, from physical difficulties to a purely psychological. Not every mother or child is the best option. But sometimes there is even no choice. I respect and support the difficult decision of every mother about what is best for her child," — said Melina Nastazia.

"The project I was inspired by a photo that I took during breastfeeding.

What I absolutely baffles me this terrible negativity and constant attempts of other women angrily to shame breastfeeding mothers.

I am proud to wear scars obtained during feeding.

They prevent me from repeating past mistakes.

With the second child it was much easier.

By this time I was able to experience the incredible feeling of unity and euphoria with breastfeeding, which I have yearned since the first feeding of the child."
