Thanks to her unique look, Lily Lu, from Tengen, Germany has built a massive following on social media over the years.
But Lily, who is transgender and has a teenage daughter, says her identity draws rather unkind judgments from strangers, including that she is a bad parent and a drug user - both of which she claims are not true.
To date, the artist and Youtuber - whose channel captures her 'real alternative life' - has had her nipples and belly button removed, as well as parts of her ears and a finger.
Lily has tattooed her eyes, tongue, and under her fingernails, as she wishes to be completely covered in ink, alongside splitting her tongue and having ceramic black teeth inserted.

Lily said: 'Mostly my looks are associated with using drugs and [that I will] not be hired, and not get an apartment – it's so silly.'
Detailing her lifestyle choices, Lily said: 'I don't drink, don't smoke, and have not used drugs for 20 years.
'I live super healthily, do sports every day, and eat healthy, freshly cooked food. I run Ultra Trail races and do a lot of active stuff.'
She added: 'I mostly don't even eat sugar and now I'm even [cutting] down on coffee.'
Lily, who also says she owns several homes, which she rents out, also finds the assumption that she must be a bad father due to her unconventional looks, unfair.
Despite identifying as a woman, she still refers to herself as her daughter's 'father.'
She said: 'I spend a lot of time with my daughter and I am a very caring and loving dad.
'Most people who know me know me as a dad and know how high my daughter is in my [list of] priorities. It's not a big secret that I'm a good daddy.'
2. Speaking of her decision to undergo various modification procedures, as well as tattooing her skin heavily throughout the years, Lily describes her alterations.

She said: 'I carry around 3-8 layers of ink on different parts of my body, and [have] many body modifications – many piercings and implants.
'I have no nipples, no belly button. Some fingers [are] missing and most parts of my ears. [I also have] a split tongue and special ceramic teeth.'
She added: '[I have] tattooed my eyes, tongue, under my fingernails, and 100% of my body is covered in ink.'
Despite being creative with her inkings and overall appearance, Lily insists it isn't her top priority.
She added: 'My looks don't matter – it's just a collection, and sometimes that grows and sometimes [it is] less.

6. Lily is currently in transition and changing her gender from male to female, which is 'a crazy ride and a big modification process'
'Right now I’m in transition and changing my gender from male to female, which is also a crazy ride and a big modification process.'
She concluded: 'At some point, it doesn't matter anymore. It's my lifestyle and a part of me. My goal is to live and enjoy life.'
This comes as another parent recently claimed trolls have labeled her a 'bad parent' over a face tattoo she had inked in honor of her daughter.
Katie Taylor, 27, from Rayleigh, Essex, has been getting tattoos since she was 18 and wanted a special one to always remind her of her two-year-old daughter.
She has a rose, as a nod to her daughter's middle name on her face so it could serve as a 'constant' reminder - and although trolls haven't been kind, Katie sports her that with pride.
Trolls have told Katie her tattoos make her a 'bad parent' and a 'thug' but she doesn't care and says her little girl 'loves it.'
