Movie clips of the background: the extras who screwed up
The work of the extras is low-paid, but fun. Perhaps that's why they are so often drawn to laugh in the frame. They are also stupid, over-acting, or staring at the camera, confident that when the main star is in the foreground, hardly anyone will pay attention to them. They are partly right, but when you re-watch it, you notice how hilarious things sometimes happen in the background due to the hackiness of the extras.
