Modular house in the Moscow region, built in a week and only 4 million rubles

Modular houses are a new trend in architecture, rapidly gaining popularity. These works of engineering are transported in separate ready-made blocks and installed on the site in a matter of days. All the finishing and communications are done in advance, it remains only to connect them to common networks. Last autumn, a young married couple settled in such a house in the Mytishchi district of the Moscow region.

The all-season house with a total area of 120 square meters cost about four million rubles. Building materials are entirely environmentally friendly: the metal frame is sheathed with a natural board. The construction process took about a week.

The interior is designer. The paneling made of natural pine, painted white, and huge double-glazed windows create a feeling of boundless space. Carpets of different colors visually separate the living room from the dining room.

All technical and utility rooms are located along the rear facade. And from the nursery, the study, the main entrance and the living room with a fireplace offers a picturesque view of the lake.
