Lucija Mikusova - the young sensation of Slovak fitness

To achieve serious success in fitness, you need to train long and hard. That is why there are very few young champions in this sport. But still they exist, and among them is 19-year-old athlete Luciya Mikusova. By the age of 19, she managed to take three prizes at the world championships. Needless to say, it is also the best in its native Slovakia!

Lucija Mikusova was born on January 22, 2004 in Trencin, Slovakia. Her parents began to introduce her to sports from an early age. Five-year-old Lucia was sent to the tennis section, in which she quickly began to show success. At the same time, the girl began to practice karate, but martial arts did not interest her.

Having matured a little, Lucia Mikusova chose to become an artistic gymnast, from which she smoothly but confidently moved into fitness. Now the girl is faithful to the “iron sport” and 5 days a week she gives her all in the gym. Persistence, coupled with good natural abilities, quickly yielded results.

At the age of 15, Lucia touched a barbell for the first time, and just a year later she took second place at the Children's World Fitness Championship. From 2018 to 2023, the girl became a finalist at world championships three times, won second place in Europe and was twice the best in her native Slovakia.

In parallel with her sporting successes, the athlete’s popularity on social networks also grew. Therefore, it is not surprising that several sports brands soon offered to cooperate with Lucia. So now Mikusova is not only a champion in women’s fitness, but also a sought-after model.

Agree, Lucia is in great shape, which millions dream of. The main thing is that the beauty does not lose her sense of proportion, as happened with bodybuilding champion Caroline Wang.
