The state spent more than $ 100 billion, and the program was corrupt, quite badly designed and executed carelessly.
Even today many buildings do not have water and sewage systems. Mexican photographer Jorge Taboada (Jorge Taboada) was stunned by their size and uniformity, which was especially noticeable from the air.

Jorge studied architecture in the mid-90s, and then decided to combine their knowledge with a passion for photography, becoming one of the most famous photographers in Monterrey, his hometown.

On top of all these endless rows of identical houses look even aesthetically pleasing. But despite their beauty, the photographer indicates that the strict geometry reveals the absolute indifference of the authorities to the needs of the people.
