18-year-old Bruna Velasquez, 19-year-old Monica Medeiros died after one of her friends slipped and fell into a waterfall, and the second tried to help her.
Monica was taken to a medical facility by helicopter with a severe head injury, but the girl could not be saved.
Friends from the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina were buried together. Relatives and friends can not come to their senses after what happened. Many users of social networks expressed their condolences to the girls' relatives.
In the UK, a 6-year-old girl also fell into a waterfall 30 meters high. Fortunately, the baby miraculously survived.
