We have all come across a huge number of websites, groups and publics dedicated to interior design. Everything in them is beautiful, easy, sometimes cheap and, of course, tasteful. Like everything in this world, such communities have their opposite. A group called "Do not call Agents" keeps in its feed the most extraordinary examples of domestic design.

The photos found on the expanses of "cyans" and other sites specializing in the sale and rental of housing, the author of the group Ilya Zmeev calls "a satirical review". Each picture is not a staged "interior shooting", but photographs of real apartments that are being sold or rented. Frankly speaking, I want to see these kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms as soon as possible.

Ilya Zmeev lives in Moscow. He faced the harsh reality when he was looking for an apartment himself and studied what the market offers: "It's depressing all together. The overall impression of what you are immersed in, looking at the pictures of these apartments. The most common is some kind of shabby five—story building, there are still a lot of them. And you realize that such an apartment will not become your home, because it does not give you salvation from reality, it does not protect you from anything; you go into the entrance and shiver — it's dark inside, everything is old, you go up to the apartment, and everything is the same there."

Not every second picture of poor housing falls into the group. The author pays attention not to the usual trash, but to domestic "design nuances": "I grew up in a family of alcoholics, and what was happening there was different. Such photos were often sent to me — homeless shelters, brothels, but I almost never published it, except in rare cases, because it's all off topic, somehow I don't want to laugh at it."

So that while he eats, he does not forget who is paving the way to his heart.

According to Ilya, the owner of the living space can do this with his own apartment not only because of the lack of taste, but also because of the banal indifference to what surrounds him: "After all, there is no need to try to do something better if it will do. I don't know, it's a big question. Everything comes from the past. There were no conditions in the country for there to be something else in the apartments."
