In Sweden, a vegan burger with the taste of human flesh has been prepared

Swedish company Oumph! I created a burger without meat with the taste of human flesh. The efforts of the chefs were highly appreciated at the Cannes Lions Festival, where a vegan fast food dish received an award in the Brand Experience and Activation category. Now curious gourmets will be able to appreciate the taste of human meat without risking getting an extra portion of cholesterol.

The chefs who cooked the burger claim that they were able to completely recreate the texture and taste of human flesh. Journalists could not find out where they got such serious knowledge in this area. The dish does not contain a single gram of meat — it includes soy, wheat protein, mushrooms, vegetable fats, spices and "one secret component". It is the mysterious ingredient, according to the authors, that gives the burger a piquant taste.

Representatives of the company Oumph! at a meeting with journalists commented on the unique novelty:

Burger ads also deserve attention. It shows a butcher with a brutal face and bloody clothes holding a burger in his hand. The picture is accompanied by a caption that no one was injured during the preparation of the dish. If the burger had been invented much earlier, who knows, maybe Fritz Haarmann wouldn't have made sausages out of human flesh.
