In Iran, the factory makes flags of the United States and Israel, so that they can be burned demonstratively later

Residents of Iran regularly go to rallies and rallies, where flags of the United States, Israel and Great Britain are burned in protest. The events are sponsored by the Iranian government. But how come Iran has so many flags of enemy states?

And after the events of January 3, when the United States killed Iranian General Qasem Suleimani, and Iran responded with a missile strike on an American base located in In Iraq, even these flags were missing.
