It is a pity that over time we lose this wonderful ability. And a huge, of course, thanks to those who constantly support this skill in us.

1. So, for example, S7 Airlines, well-known to Russian travelers, rightfully deserves the title of champion in terms of user surprise.

2. Having conquered the hearts of literally all marketers in the country with their new advertising campaign “I want to go where”, as a cherry on the cake, the guys prepared an unusual attraction called Imagination Machine for all travel lovers.

3. A futuristic installation that adorned the central area of the Affimol shopping center allows you to control the flight with the power of your imagination. And this is not a fictional advertising text - it's true.

4. The installation is a stand with an aircraft model and a two-meter globe, on which four projectors provide a 3D image of the earth's surface. A headset is synchronized with the globe, allowing brain impulses to set the virtual plane in motion. Imagine the place where you want to go, concentrate on the picture - and really fly.

5. The mechanics is very simple: to start the experiment, you need to select a place on the map where you would like to go on a trip. After that, the participant sits in a chair opposite the installation and, concentrating on the destination, controls the flight.

6. The headset reads the electrical impulses of the brain and transmits them via Bluetooth to a computer, which converts the levels of brain activity into commands that control flight.

7. The better the participant is focused on the target, the higher his chance to bring the model aircraft to the desired point.

8. Each participant who successfully completes a virtual flight will receive a free ticket for a flight to the selected city on S7 Airlines and other airlines of the Oneworld global aviation alliance.

9. It is noteworthy that in the first two hours of the event, seven participants in the experiment were able to become owners of air tickets: two people won tickets to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, and one each to Irkutsk, Rome, New York, Rio de Janeiro and Denpasar.

10. What is even more remarkable is that not a single indifferent “passenger” was caught after virtual experiments. And that's saying something. Kudos to the airline for such inspiring activities. Everybody fly!
