On the website Cian.ru there was an announcement about the sale of a four-room apartment in a 40-storey building near the metro station "Polezhaevskaya" (Salama Adil Street, 2k1). All this sounds pretty ordinary, but housing is not the most standard: it costs 55 million rubles, the description says that it is a "chic apartment with designer renovation", but it looks creepy at the same time. See for yourself.

The first thing that catches the eye is the amount of textiles in the apartment. Let's face it, most of these curtains do not perform their usual functions, but serve mainly as dust collectors. If a squad of maids armed with vacuum cleaners and tick repellents is attached to the apartment, you can still survive this, but why create such difficulties for yourself?

The first association with this apartment is, of course, gypsies, sheikhs and padishahs. And capricious tenants could call this housing "grandma's option". Only my grandmother lived here a noble — one who can afford a golden toilet and a golden loaf, just for the soul.

Such apartments always have defenders who say: everything is fine here, it's Baroque (rococo, classical style). But no, not everything that is lush and excessive is Baroque. And not every excess of gold means the Hermitage. And attempts to depict a palace in an apartment, even a large one, usually look out of place.

Okay, the kitchen looks more or less normal. Although some commentators like the whole apartment, the interior was even called interesting, designer and "livable", and also suspected haters of envy.

"Not the most expensive and not the most "bohataya" apartment — so, burp of the 90s. Envy in silence."

"Half of Muscovites live in rented granny flats, vacuuming carpets and creaking cupboard doors. But everyone has the concept of interior design!"

"I go to the guests, there's the same stuff done, though it's 100 times cheaper."

The bedroom turned out to be not the worst, but it's still slightly rippling in my eyes. As they put it in the comments on the website "Yaplakal", "as if horses in apples are jumping in a herd."

There was even a place for modern trends in the design: the brickwork seemed to be visible in this room. The authors of the project would do well to decide: so is this a loft or a palace?

The most insulting thing is that behind all these decorations, an impressive amount of square meters in the apartment is not visible.

The photo does not hurt the eye, but why hang fabric curtains in the bathroom? It's unhygienic!

I wonder if it is comfortable to sleep on a round bed and whether in this case it is necessary to cover yourself with a round blanket.
