American blogger has taught a robot dog to write the beer into a glass

Bloggers are different. Some people talk about travel, other cosmetics, and others about fitness. To list all the areas are very difficult and even harder to find something unusual. Fortunately, the originals still exist and one of them – YouTube-blogger Michael Reeves (Michael Reeves) from the United States. Now he went much further and modernized the real miracle of technology – robot dog Spot from Boston Dynamics, a value of 75 thousand dollars (5,8 million rubles). Michael taught the dog to write the beer in the glass, standing on a floor.

Robot Spot, to execute the custom task, you need to analyze the environment, to detect the target, to get closer to her properly pour beer. Of course, to electronic teach the dog the command had not only to interfere in its program, but also to modify the hardware.

As Boston Dynamics have not provided with inner receptacles for your device, Michael had to install kehu of beer on the back of the robot, and a tube from it to bring in a physiologically correct for the dog. Unfortunately, Spot not too good at its job, perhaps, also, as would a real dog. In the glass the robot gets squirt only in 35% of cases, and often pours a beer by, knocks back a glass or revolves around, filling all around with liquid.

The accuracy Reeves still need to work on, but the first results blogger has shared on his YouTube channel. Michael wrote about his development producer Spot – company Boston Dynamics. After the first letter there showed interest in the work of a young inventor, but learning the details of the project, for some reason has stopped responding.

But Michael didn't give up. He plunged his unique robots in the trunk of a car in 44 hours crossed the United States from Los Angeles, where, to Boston, where the office of the company.
