The novel Delon and Schneider started on the filming of "Christine" in 1958. A March 20, 1959, upon arrival at the Villa parents Schneider in Switzerland, they announced their engagement.
I was acquainted with Schneider, Luchino Visconti, and together they performed on stage of the "Theatre de Paris" in his plays, collecting full halls.
The affair ended after Delon had an affair with German actress by the name of Nico. Romy did not forgive betrayal, and in December 1963, the couple announced the breakup of an engagement. However, Alain Delon and Ron Schneider for life have remained friends.
