The price is 300 thousand dollars per month.
The area of the fully furnished penthouse is 269.5 square meters. Among other things, there is an Apple computer and five landlines. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is lined with chic Italian marble.
Hotel service is available in the apartment, there is even food for pets on the menu. Laundry services are also available.
The Lowell Hotel building was built in 1927, but the apartment has a modern renovation.
The amount of rent will include Wi-Fi, dog walking, room cleaning twice a day and packing and unpacking services.
