And even in just a day. The Russian company Apis Cor has built a 37-square-meter house in the Moscow region in one day with the help of a 3D construction printer of its own design.
The main elements of the house — walls, partitions and paneling — were printed with a building mix. Windows and furniture were added after. In total, $10,134 was spent on the house.

The erected house consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

According to the representatives of Apis Cor, their house can last up to 175 years.

"We want to change the generally accepted opinion that construction cannot be fast, environmentally friendly, efficient and reliable," said Nikita Chen—Yun-Tai, the company's founder.

"Our goal is to become the largest international construction company and solve any housing—related problems around the world."

Apis Cor is believed to be the first company to develop a mobile 3D printer that can print entire buildings on site.

The company's website lists the advantages of a 3D-printed house.

The house has smooth ceilings and walls — you can paint immediately.

No garbage on the construction site.

Free choice of wall thickness and configuration.

The house keeps the heat better because of the air layer in the multi-chamber walls.

The house is not affected by weather conditions due to special additives in the concrete mix.

The cost of the house is less than its usual concrete counterpart.

The walls can be additionally insulated with any suitable materials.
