Ross consumed about 15,000 calories a day and weighed 177 kilograms. This continued until he was forced to buy two seats on the plane. This was the last straw, and Ross realized that he had to take care of his body under strict control. He began to train hard and was able to lose almost 90 kilograms. Now Ross looks so that it is difficult to recognize in him the incredibly plump man he was before the miraculous transformation.

Ross came up with the idea to lose half his weight in 10 months. After surgery to remove 2.5 kilograms of excess skin, he seems to be on the right track. "I just didn't recognize the person looking at me from the mirror. I was so huge!" recalls Ross.

"One day at work, I bent down to pick up a fallen napkin from the floor, and my underpants tore in half. It was terrible, I had to go home to change. It was an absolute humiliation that I was forced to buy two seats on a flight from Ohio to Miami. In five years I have gained 88 kilograms, despite the fact that every time I promised myself to go on a diet. But those were empty words," Ross complains.

Ross remembers how he used to drink almost a liter of Jack Daniels whiskey every morning, and then until two in the morning he staged a hellish marathon with a huge amount of food that he thought could save him from a hangover.

"I haven't taken off my T-shirt in front of anyone for six years because I was embarrassed by my huge belly. Finally, I realized what I was doing with my body, and decided to seriously start losing weight. I reduced my daily calorie intake from 15 to 2.5 thousand and lost about 90 kilograms in 10 months. Now I look like a new person and I want to inspire others: guys, it's never too late to change your life!"— said Ross.

"After the shameful incident with the plane, I locked myself at home for a few days. I could not enjoy life as before. Then my uncle advised me to consult a specialist. I was examined, and the doctor said that if this continues, I won't last three years. Then I stopped drinking and smoking and asked myself the question: why does food make me feel better? By that time, my navel was somewhere around my knees."

Ross says that after the first week of the diet, when he managed to lose about three kilograms, the weight began to decrease faster and faster.

"I went to the gym 6 or 7 times a week and still continue to do it. Now I weigh only 88 kilograms. I returned to medical school, where I qualified as a chiropractor. Now I help other people and prove by my example that it's never too late to change life for the better," says Ross.
