On September 5, the film Lovelace, a biography of Deep Throat star Linda Lovelace, also known for her fight against pornography, is released in Russia. We've rounded up 9 of Linda's contemporary colleagues who are well-known outside of their core business.

After spending several years in the porn industry, Sasha Gray became so popular that fans began to follow her every move. But when director Steven Soderbergh cast her in the title role of his experimental drama Call Girl in 2009, her fame skyrocketed. After that, the series "Handsome" went on, where she played the film version of herself. In 2011, she co-starred with Jeremy Piven, Rob Lowe and Thomas Jane in I'm Tired of You and officially announced her retirement from porn. Now as many as 4 films with Sasha's participation are being prepared for release. Jenna's rise to the world of big cinema was a real miracle. She became one of the top porn stars of the 1990s thanks to the internet.
