1. Shimao Wonderland InterContinental - Quarry Hotel

On the territory of one of the abandoned quarries in Shanghai (China), an ambitious project is being built - the Shimao Wonderland InterContinental Hotel. The building will have 19 floors, only three of which will be on the surface. All the rest will be built in the depths of the quarry. They plan to surprise visitors not only with high-class service, but also with bungee jumping, rock climbing, a huge aquarium, and a 60-meter glass waterfall. Completion of the construction of this hotel is scheduled for 2017.
