430-pound Pakistani eats 36 eggs for breakfast to become a real Hercules
Giant Arbab Heather Hayat claims to be the strongest man on the planet. It's easy to believe, especially after watching a video where a 430-kilogram Pakistani drags a working tractor on a rope, which backs up. Arbab stated that now he wants to become a powerlifting champion: "My goal is to become a champion. I am grateful to God for my strength and body. And my entry into the world powerlifting arena is just a matter of time."

Hayat's daily diet is no less impressive than his physique. He consumes 10 thousand calories a day — 36 eggs for breakfast, 3 kg of meat and 5 liters of milk.

The strongman's height is almost 190 cm, and, according to Hayat, he has no health problems due to such a phenomenal weight. "I feel quite comfortable with this weight. Moreover, I must always support him if I want to become the strongest person on the planet."

Mardan Hayat, who lives in the Pakistani city, began to gain weight in his teens. "Even as a teenager, I realized that I wanted to do powerlifting and participate in championships for the strongest people."

According to the Pakistani, at the Strongmen's Championship in Japan, he lifted a weight of more than 4,500 kg.

Hayat is a local celebrity in his city. And in Pakistan, he is already considered the strongest man in the world.

Every day hundreds of people come to the strongman's house to take a selfie with him. "The townspeople love me and admire me. But I don't want to stop there. I want the whole world to know about me."
