Traditionally, the city with the biggest traffic jams is Sao Paulo. It was there that in 2008 the longest traffic jam in the world was recorded - 265 km. Experts from the Dutch company TomTom approached the study differently: they compared the time that a driver spends on the same road under normal conditions and during peak hours.
