Multiple record holder and world champion and Russian powerlifting Anna Turaeva told about two unpleasant situations in her Instagram account. At first, the athlete was forced to prove when boarding a flight in St. Petersburg that she was not a man, in the presence of many witnesses.

Turayeva had to prove that she was really a woman, as indicated in her passport, and, according to Anna, she did everything possible for this. When they finally believed her at Pulkovo airport, the athlete decided that the troubles for her that day were over. But it was not there. In Moscow, the airport staff turned out to be even more unceremonious and rude, and history repeated itself, but in an even more unsightly form.

Turayeva's subscribers supported her in the comments, expressing hope that the perpetrators will be punished as they deserve. The airline has already responded to the champion's post and apologized. Also, the managers promised to look into the situation and find out which of the employees allowed such an attitude to the passenger.

I must say that because of her unusual appearance, the Russian woman regularly gets into similar situations. Almost every flight becomes a real moral torture for her. Anna has to present various documents, photos and even video materials. so that airline employees believe that she is actually a lady, and her passport is real.

Looking at It is not easy for Anna to believe that she is a woman. Turayeva started playing sports as a child, after her father, who worked at the factory as a turner, made dumbbells. In the 9th grade, the girl asked her mother to cut her braid — Anya was always more comfortable with short hair. A little later, the image familiar to all fans of the athlete appeared - a bald head.

However, despite her appearance and harsh nature, Anna has one feminine habit — she loves to cook. Also in one interview, the weightlifter admitted that she used to adore shopping, but then, for some reason, she completely cooled down to shopping.

We have already written about how the "iron sport" changes women - looking at the champions in bodybuilding, weightlifting and powerlifting, it is impossible to call them the weaker sex.
